Who’s am I?

My name is Minna, I am a Savannah, GA based writer and journalist. I am also a dancer of 20 years. It is my favorite thing in the world, other than moss. I belong to some system of mushrooms, I think.

What is kast/press?

Currently, kast/press features a body-horror series ‘Scales.’ It is reflective of a post-apocalyptic, pandemic event that causes an extinction en masse. The story follows Ivy and her dog, Lily, through the new bogs of bodies, death, and survival in this new world order. Searching and filtering through the grief to regain some things that were lost. It is based in a less lovely Savannah, GA, where I call home. ‘Scales’ releases every other Wednesday.

On Saturday’s we feature a poem, or prose excerpt.
